The Coach House
Perhaps one of the most exciting residential projects we have undertaken, The Coach House offers 300m2 of luxury accommodation, with a completely new extension, roof, interior and landscaping.
The Coach House was oroignally built in the 1800s and an adjoining 110m2 two story extension has been attached to the side
The entire building has had a new roof, including ridge beam, rafters and slate. 290m2 of new welsh slate has been fitted to tie in with the local architecture.
The gable end and rear have been constructed with a local Blue Lias stone. and a flat roof has been constructed over the seperate dining area.
Underfloor heating runs throughout the property, topped with a recycled glass unsulation and limecrere for breathability.
