About us
Why Mount Everest?
Mount Everest Construction was founded in 2016 and became a limited company in 2019. But why Mount Everest? People often ask us about our name. We wanted the name to reflect our personality, our ambition and the individual approach of our team members. Even though the team doesn’t have much to do with mountaineering (yet) we have each been aiming high throughout our lives. Before we started the company, we all had a rich past that shaped our characters from an early age. Some team members have worked diligently in academia, whilst others had an early career pursuing extreme sports at a professional level. What binds us together is a common desire to set high goals and achieve them. Having heavily invested in self-development and with vast experience from various construction companies, we wanted to build something special and create a difference. Because of that, we are not afraid of difficult and seemingly unfeasible projects, on the contrary, we relish the challenge and that makes us who we are.
Mount Everest is the highest mountain peak, the dream and goal of many mountaineers. For us it is also symbolic, a concept representing the pinnacle of one’s dreams. For some people their Everest is regaining fitness, building their own house or flying humans to Mars. We understand this, so when it comes to building, we approach each project individually. We listen carefully to the needs of our clients, assist them in reaching the peak of their construction-based goals. Much like the weather on Mount Everest, every day working with our clients is different. With each project we take on, we are joining your team like Sherpas, helping overcome any difficulties that arise.
Our company is built by passionate people with strong characteristics. Each individual contributes a lot to the team, helping to broaden the horizon and rise to every possible peak. Meet The Team
Jon Doe
Kamil
Our Managing Director Kamil studied civil engineering at university, and had an early career as a professional ski jumper, before founding Mount Everest Construction. He is active in all areas of the business and is regularly found on site. He has a wealth of knowledge regarding the entire construction process, and provides technical recommendations and solutions with all projects. Kamil is particularly skilled in dealing with particularly complex projects, especially where the structure or location is challenging.
Dawid
Our director Dawid, was the vice world champion in kickboxing, and worked as an engineer at Bristol Airport before joining Mount Everest Construction.Dawid is in charge of the back end operations. He takes a proactive stance on managing the business finances, ensuring that accounts payable and receivable are consistently up-to-date. Further, Dawid maintains open lines of communication with all of our clients, oversees material specifications, and monitors compliance.
Jane Doe
Natalia
Natalia is our senior administrator and is in charge of directing, organising and coordinating administrative tasks, to help support all departments within the business. Additionally, Natalia is in charge of the social media and promoting Mount Everest Construction online.
